Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Script & Sentiment Book Club subscription at any time before your next billing date with no penalties or fees.

How to Cancel Log in to your customer account and navigate to your active subscriptions to cancel at any time.

Cutoff Date To receive the current month's box, cancellations must be submitted before the 20th of the month. Cancellations submitted on or after the 20th will take effect the following month, and you will receive that month's box before your subscription ends.

Billing Your subscription renews every 30 days from your original sign-up date. You will not be charged after your cancellation is confirmed.

Refunds Boxes that have already been shipped are non-refundable. If you have a question about a shipment, please contact us at [your email address].

Pausing Your Subscription Not ready to cancel? You can pause or skip a month from your customer account at any time before the 20th of the month.
